Zwang states he is a good listener, yet he is anything but that. He also does not ask questions. My adult daughter who has Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) was recently hospitalized at HPH with a bad viral pneumonia. Zwang acted like she was just a pair of lungs instead of a whole person. She has NO receptive or expressive verbal skills and I don't know if Zwang didn't notice, but he sure didn't ask about that. He assumed she was "confused." If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would. First off, terrible bedside manner. Second, prescribing me meds that I didn’t even need (blood clot meds and pills rather than IV meds). Third, NOT prescribing me the meds that I DID need and asked for (very low dose and small number of zofran and pain pills to keep me comfortable at home should issues arise). And then when I finally got him to prescribe just two little zofran for me to take at home if needed, he decided to order an unnecessary EKG to approve me for zofran, ev... read more
