A few years back, I saw Yokan at the Boise VA after medically retiring from the Army with 18.5 years. He was unprepared, did not have the newer MRI and told me, "You've been waiting years for hip surgery so what's another 2 weeks", after telling me that he would not obtain the reports. I disagreed with him, and he spoke to me in a condescending manner and repeatedly told me "That's all the time I have for you"... I was very upset, angry and frustrated. DO NOT SEE THIS so-called DR.!
