After 6+ months of pain on my left knee numerous appointments with a pain management Dr. And shots, pills and PT, not being able to put any weight on my leg constantly in pain and inflammation, I finally went to see Doctor Yohe. He was very realistic about my issue, gave me a few options and we both agreed to do the left knee total replacement. Today, less than 2 months post op, I'm almost back to normal. Great Dr. fixed my fractured hip and I’m good as new. No complaints highly recommend.
I honestly had a better experience with his PA and X-ray staff than him. He is brusque, arrogant, and entirely inflexible in thinking through potential solutions when faced with something he doesn’t want to be bothered with. It was his way or the highway. I prefer someone with intellectual curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a willingness to think about different options, than a doctor who has only three tools in his toolbox and won’t think outside of his own box. Dr. Yohe and staff took great care of me. I suffered a torn MCL and detached menisci due to a fall. They fixed me up and got me getting ready to do some dancing at my son's wedding. THANK YOU ALL!!!
My mom had a follow-up appointment with this doctor after a year. She was in pain due to a Baker’s cyst, and her knee was swollen a lot, but the doctor didn’t come to evaluate her. Instead, his PA just administered an injection without trying to find the problem or conduct further tests, aside from an X-ray. Within two weeks, her pain worsened, and we took her to the ER, where all necessary tests were done. I made another appointment, and once again, the doctor didn’t show up.
