Nicholas and crew were wonderful. Not just good strategy (I should have listened to him earlier) and multiple open houses. He went way above and beyond for this one, scheduling and being present for repairs and cleaning (even paying for some of it), dealing with mistakes I and others made, even personally cleaning when pigeons set up a nest and thoroughly covered our porch with droppings. (He deserved hazard pay for that one!) And he was a pleasure to work with throughout it all.
