Everyone was nice, the only thing that was not so nice was the wait after my appointment time. It was about 35 minutes late.
Dr Tosi and his staff are the BEST! They Always take great care of me Explain every time I'm there for my eye Injections and make me comfortable. Had 4 Injections 5 yrs ago for my left eye Now my right eye went from dry to wet and had my second Injection yesterday so far so good Thank you Dr Tosi and staff 🙏 ❤️
The staff was friendly and informative. My time with Dr. Tosi was brief but that is a good thing in that I was given a treatment with a shot to the eye! Ample room in both the parking lot and waiting room. Easy access from the freeway and surface streets. I'd highly recommend this medical office if you're seeking treatment for your sight.
I have troubles with both of my eyes so visit this location at least twice a month. These people are family! From the receptionists to getting my shot, everyone is friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I sometimes get impatient with the waiting but then remember, we are all doing the best we can!
