Saw dr Stroumbakis for borderline high PSA. Immediately suggested biopsy. I asked about MRI guided biopsies - he said, "MRI not up to par for biopsy or detecting prostate cancer." Other Dr's disagree ! After doing a DRE, he sent me next door for new PSA test. Next day, called to say, "Your PSA went up, better think about biopsy." (Note: PSA often rises after a DRE.) I appreciated his concern, but not the high pressure and imprecise information. Went elsewhere and had better experience.
Overall, great experience. Very efficient in terms of scheduling, wait times for visits, etc.
He is very forthcoming and easy to talk to.
office, scheduling and service are very bad.
