I’m trying to figure out how to show appreciation for Dr. Strasser directly to Vanderbilt but haven’t yet. This doctor was incredible during the office visit, before and during the surgery, and even after surgery. He called me the day after surgery just let me know everything went great and to ask how I was doing! I immediately felt safe and secure meeting him that he knew what he was doing and even offered to be my surgeon despite my thirty year old injury not being even close to sports-related. I am blown away!
Dr.Strasser is fantastic.Extremely professional and truly cares about his patients.His staff are excellent.I received a right ankle joint replacement from Dr.Strasser about a month ago and I mean it was in very bad shape.Doing very well a month post op.If you are looking for the best specialist look no further.He is 100 percent the right person for the job.The entire staff is incredibly and really seem to care about your condition and to get you better.A+Extremely recommened

I presented with a broken fibula at the ankle. Swollen four times the normal size and bruised Dr. Nikolas Srrasser of Vanderbilt Orthopedics, spent less. Than five minutes with me and threw my ankle around like a ball or he was squeezing a melon. No bedside manner whatsoever. He walked out without discussing medication with me, after being given oxycodone and narcan from Vanderbilt walkin on the 7th of July with instructions to take it if I stopped breathing!
