Dr Schroeder is very patient, he takes his time and listens to the patient's concerns, offers alternative treatment avenues besides surgery. When we agreed that other measures had not helped my condition we went ahead with the surgery. He met with me immediately before the surgery and soon after letting me know how the surgery went and did I have any concerns that needed to be addressed. Dr. Shroeder is great and the PA's are fine. My only complaint is that the receptionists never once answered the phone when I called and never once called me back upon leaving detailed voice mails. One time they texted me back, which is OK I suppose, but I greatly prefer talking vs texting. I simply don't understand WHY so many businesses DO NOT want to TALK to their clients/customers. It's like they'll do anything NOT to have to talk to you. This is bizarre to me.
Dr Schroeder was friendly, easy to talk to, answered all my questions. He tolerated my extensive questions and was willing to listen to my concerns and suggestions. In addition he is open to exploring all available options prior to surgery. My only negative was I waited in the exam room for ~1 hour before being seen. Overall high rating.
