I’ll update if I end up filing a claim and experience service that doesn’t match my onboarding experience, but Amy V. executed a friendly, efficient, and successful call to switch me from GEICO to Allstate. She answered my million questions and connected on a human level— great personality and knowledge. I was with GEICO for multiple renewals, but I was able to get a better policy, lower deductibles, plus renters for only like $5 more. I have been working with Deanna from this office for several years and couldn't be more pleased with the service we receive.
