Dr. Ross is exceptional. He listens with real intention, asks thoughtful questions, and explains everything clearly. At no point did I feel rushed. He walked me through every option and made sure I understood each one before deciding. His office staff and nurses were also incredibly friendly, which was a breath of fresh air compared to the hurried, impersonal experiences I have had at larger organizations. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his team.
Dr. Ross and his staff are always on top of things. He is precise and correctly advices on what has to be done post surgically.
Overall a good visit. The assistant, I believe her name was Catrina, was very nice, professional and respectful. Physician was polite, knocking on the door on his way in. He was thorough and skilled but maybe a little too hurried. I had to ask the assistant for clarification on the concern for the place that was biopsied. Both front desk employees were nice and professional. The office condition was a little tired but, not as bad as described in some of the other reviews. He's good and straight to the point
Dr. Ross & the staff at Chapel Hill Dermatology were incredible from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and made every part of my overdue derm appointment comfortable and informative. The best part was the ability to get in as a new patient only 3 days after my first introduction instead of waiting weeks or months to be seen. 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a best in class experience with immediate direction and consultation.
