Extremely thorough professional patient and kind from beginning to end. The entire team made this a seamless and pleasant experience. All I's dotted and all T's crossed in terms of the problem foot was worked on. We have all heard the nightmares when the system of checks and balances fails. I experience little to no pain and everything Dr. Richardson made we aware happened just as he said it would. I was lucky to get an appointment to see the doctor the doctor took that cast off I said to my self oh wow thank u god my foot is broken but the doctor said is going to heal on is own but the doctor was great love every one in the office thank u everyone
The wait time was minimal at best and the reception staff was attentive and polite. The time spent waiting for the doctor to see me was reasonable and when he came into the room he was approachable and friendly. He knew what options were available to me and explained my images with patience to ensure my understanding. I would recommend Dr. Richardson, orthopedic surgeon to family and friends.
