Nick was referred to me be very trusted friends. He was incredibly eager to help me save money, save time and find the right home. Some highlights: I cold-called him after I got his phone number and within a half hour I was inside the condo I was interest in. After my inspection, my unit needed an electrical panel replaced — he was able to get a sellers credit for the cost and had it completely replaced before my closing date. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in Salt Lake needing a realtor.
