Dr. Rowan is Best of breed! I consulted with him as a result of abusing Afrin nasal spray. Apparently my deviated septum allowed the turbinates on my right side to expand and adversely block the airflow. Afrin was no longer being effective. I became a frequent mouth breather, which was more and more difficult as time passed, particularly when lying down. Dr. Rowan is tops professionally and personally. I suffered profuse nosebleeds for over 15 years and had seen top docs a number of times, who dismissed the seriousness and even questioned the accuracy of my description of the bleeds when they could not identify the cause.
