Absolutely the worst apartments I have ever seen. The maintenance crew is completely unprofessional and not qualified to fix anything and when they do come out you cannot understand anything they say because they do not speak English. The maintenance they perform is completely out of code. I’m pretty sure they are not even legally allowed to be working in this country. Corporate will try and terminate your lease if you are unsatisfied with maintenance performed. Please do not rent here.
I did have one pretty bad customer service experience here, but overall it has been very pleasant. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner, and the maintenance person is extremely kind. Thinner walls, so don't expect zero noise from neighbors, but I thinks that's the case with most apartments.
I am currently trying to rent an apartment. And from what I’ve gathered, I do not recommend. my application process has taken two weeks With still no answer. I am self-employed, and I make more than the required rent which I have proven through 5+ months of bank statements, but apparently it’s not enough. The application at this point feels like a scam. I submitted my documents on Monday And called Wednesday to check out my application with no answer. I then called back Thursday to find out my documents were never submitted.... read more
