Recently moved in and very satisfied with the apartment thusfar. Very clean & neat on move-in, Emilee & Kira in the main office took care of us throughout the full application and move-in process and were very easy to work with.
Absolutely the worst apartments I have ever seen. The maintenance crew is completely unprofessional and not qualified to fix anything and when they do come out you cannot understand anything they say because they do not speak English. The maintenance they perform is completely out of code. I’m pretty sure they are not even legally allowed to be working in this country. Corporate will try and terminate your lease if you are unsatisfied with maintenance performed. Please do not rent here.
I did have one pretty bad customer service experience here, but overall it has been very pleasant. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner, and the maintenance person is extremely kind. Thinner walls, so don't expect zero noise from neighbors, but I thinks that's the case with most apartments.
