I am currently trying to rent an apartment. And from what I’ve gathered, I do not recommend. my application process has taken two weeks With still no answer. I am self-employed, and I make more than the required rent which I have proven through 5+ months of bank statements, but apparently it’s not enough. The application at this point feels like a scam. Do not rent here. They are thieves that are terrible at communication. They refuse to allow you to escape complaints to management. Go anywhere else than here.

By far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. One week living there and they tried to evict me for a dog I don’t own and have never owned. They LOVE to harass you for anything, especially with zero proof. Management is terrible and one of the leasing agents took the apartment I was going to rent, just because she works in the office and she wanted it for herself. Nicholas Place is a great complex. The apartments and grounds are very nice, spacious and well kept. They were also reasonably priced. The staff is generally pleasant, helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests are generally handled pretty well and in a timely fashion. Though being required to use Gigamonster for internet was odd at first, it ended up being mostly pretty solid. My wife and I made good memories here and hope it continues to maintain itself as a good place to live.
