If I could give it a zero I would. AC dehumidifier did work. Humidity at 70 percent. Portable dehumidifier took 6.25 gallons of water out in 24 hours. Ran continuously. With AC off, humidity back up to 56 percent. They pressure washed the building causing my laundry room and foyer to leak. Their response, "that happens every time we pressure wash the building." The walls are thin so you will hear everything your neighbors is up to. The office managers have 0 idea of what to do in any situation, they have to call the company office or email them and then will get back to you. You won't ever be able to call the company office to file a complaint or ask questions because they refuse to give you that information.
