saw NP Kael Crews from 2021-2023. Nice Provider. wow has the staff completely screw my experience up. ran out of anxiety medication in 2024 and the pharmacist said the office refused to reorder RX until i came in for appt. called for appt and was told rudely over the phone i had to pay $306 balance from 2022 before i could get an appointment. im a single mom, i dont have that money on hand. asked to do $30-$50 month payment plan, the manager said they wouldnt do it that low. had to pay $75 / month payment plan for appointmen... read more
I went for a yearly physical. I assumed there was a generic list of tests that are covered by insurance 100%, and if they were going to run a test not covered I would know before I agreed to it. I also assumed that they would know if a test was no longer covered by all insurance and medicare and would tell me before performing them. Those were wrong assumptions. Urinalysis and General Health Panel is no longer a preventative test, and as such is not covered 100% by insurance in a yearly physical. Apparently it’s on the consu... read more

Great place, great people. Everyone is so kind and very caring. The NP’s go the extra mile. Dr. P is awesome. Great PCP office.
