I have been a patient/consumer of this fine doctor for 34 years and give him and his gracious staff the highest and best recommendation.
Dr Vrouvas is Amazing!! I used to go to his practice years ago and left because of insurance reasons. I recently went back even though I am still out of network because I value his expertise in the field! He is not only the best doctor but he has the state of the art equipment. Brenda who is also equally fantastic got me in quickly and was very friendly. I would highly recommend making Ab appointment.
I've never had a front desk person gas light me before interacting with his assistant Alisa. I have been going to Dr Vrouvas for 6+ years now but unfortunately will not be going back -- which is a shame because Dr Vrouvas, while quite old, does a decent job. I recently ordered contacts and asked if they could overnight them because I was running low. Over the next 36 hours I received a flood of calls and emails asking for me to make payment. Always a delight to see Dr. Vrouvas and team. Eyes are fascinating and I always leave having learned something new about them, but more importantly with great peace of mind that mine are well taken care of. Just a wonderful experience.
Dr. Vrouvas' eye exam was fine and he explained everything well, but the eye glasses I got are terrible. The woman who fitted me with new glasses did not seem very sure about the lenses I needed and got them all wrong. They do not respond to messages sent through their website. Money down the drain.
