Office put me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected me. I called back and white talking another phone rang and they asked me to hold and 8 could hear the conversation with the other person and I got disconnected again! I called them back and told them I am going to a different doctor, if you can't handle a patient's call the doctor must be a screwball as well. Poor phone skills and impolite.
Very positive experience. The office staff are responsive and professional. The doctor is knowledgeable and skilled. He did a partial permanent removal on both of my big toes, and it was absolutely painless. He is like magic.
