Typical salespeople. Watch the deductibles that are quoted if comparing against another insurance company. You do not need an umbrella policy unless you have assets. Make sure you have the multiple line discounts if you deserve them. Check your policies carefully.

I was with this agency for ten years. I never made a claim and had multiple vehicles and homes. I recently made a claim. My shower was leaking into our basement and bedroom. I was told it was long term damage and would not be covered. We have not lived in the home for a year and was not in the inspection report. I also had been paying insurance on a home I didn't own. I was having issues with Geico. I called Nick's office and they saved me a ton on insurance and gave me more coverage. I'm very happy with my move to Nick Mortallaro State Farm. I would highly recommend anyone in the Grain Valley/Kansas City area to check with this office.
