Dr Meyer provided outstanding care for my severely fractured wrist and shoulder issues.
Dr. Meyer is expert at what he does, thorough, efficient, personable. He is very knowledgeable, spelled-out my options, patiently answered all my questions (I had a long list). The procedure itself went better than I expected. He was very attentive throughout. For example, if I shifted my body position, he asked me whether I was feeling pain. Went in for what I 'self-diagnosed' as trigger finger; believe Dr. Meyer agreed, but asked all the necessary questions and checked joints, etc. to be sure. Did not recommend any unnecessary additional tests or appointments, but walked me through all the options with the "whats/whys" behind each. I was able to receive steroid shots at this visit in both of my thumbs to help with the constant pain I had been feeling. Dr Meyer was for me an excellent orthopedic surgeon, dealing with an unusual wrist fusion surgery. Dr Meyer was thorough, professional and explained my options and choices clearly, so that I was able to make the best decision on treatment. My wrist is back to feeling very good and I'm grateful to have had a terrific surgeon like Dr Meyer. Highly recommended!
dr. meyer was excellent at explaining what was causing my symptoms and what he would do to remedy them. he followed up by showing me what he did. i was told what to expect thru the recovery period and things went as well as expected.
