Wonderful pediatrician practice that has cared for my two daughters for years. My wife is a primary care provider who makes all her peds referrals to Dr Pham’s practice. You are going to the practice to see Dr Pham, not his office staff.
I’m trying to make an appointment with this place sins June just for physical check ups for my 14-year-old. They’re telling me they have nothing available until end of November 5 months to make an appointment for physical check up.
Office manager sucks. Dr Pam was cool I thought, he was there when my daughter was born! After 8 years their office dropped me because of their mistake and my angry attitude. Office management changed and now the business will go in the ground. I work at a hospital so no more referrals from me;)
Dr. Pham is an amazing pediatrician, but his FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE. I won't use names here, but one talks over people when they are trying to speak, and has zero compassion for patients and parents. No regard for patient and parent time either.
