We've been seeing Dr. Ferguison for over 10 years. She spent time understanding my kids' health concerns, and helped us to identify some easy-to-miss and sometimes hard-to-diagnose health issues, such as my son's eosinophilic esophagitis, and my daughter's celiac disease. She listens to concerns and is willing to do what it takes to get the answers.
Good doctor. Personable and knowledgeable.
Dr. Richardson was pleasant, but his care was inadequate, and he did not follow up with test results nor with promised referrals. Through investigation of other sources I was able to obtain my results, and schedule appropriate appointments for MRI, Physical Therapy, and followup with other practitioners on my own. Horribly rude Doctor. We had some administrative issues and she chose to interject herself into the issue instead of allowing us to speak witb the Office Manager, so we left. They tried to throw our previous Doctor under the bus instead of taking accountablity for not having what was needed for our Son's appointment. They co hid have called us to reschedule or to contact or previous Doctor, but instead they made the choice to have us come in for nothing. Pay attention to her low score!!!!!

This doctor likes to experiment. He has no experience, and doesn't know what he is doing. He reads everything from Google. Worst service we have ever had.
Dr. Ferguison is very unprofessional, rude and impatient. She is indifferent and insensitive to patient's needs and has no regard for the patient's time. She was 45 mins late for our appointment and made us skip our lunch. My poor sick toddler was suffering so much but she didn't seem to either care about that or even feel sorry about wasting our time. Her nurse Susan seemed to be equally indifferent too. Also the toys kept in the exam room were super dirty. Please do not go to this doctor!
We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 two boys ages 15 and 9. Dr. Richardson has been wonderful! everybody in the family loves him, He is very helpful and his ability to listen to our issues and explain things to us makes such a difference and he is always able to diagnose the problem and have the right remedy for the issue at hand, And we never feel rushed. We are in our mid 50s and Dr. Richardson hands-down has been the finest Doctor we've ever had.
DR. Nicholas Louis is an Excellent Doctor.... He's very Bright! He's truly fine Doctor and is the best Primary Doctor I've ever had.... I highly recommend him.... :)
