I received notices telling me my kids were dropped from her care because communication and trust had been compromised. I have 5 kids and 3 needed to be seen. Her staff scheduled an appointment on Monday for 1 of my children and then again on Tuesday for the other 2. When I called asking if they could be put on the same day, I was told that they had an appt 30 mins before and that would be fine, so I booked the appt. Dr. Richardson is recommended by other medical specialists and physicians of my experience. He is the considerate physician of merit, I long searched for during a time of healthcare crisis. Dr. Richardson is a personable, gentle physician.
Dr Lewis is thankfully still in the area after the closure of Saltzer Health and while St Luke's leaves much to be desired, Dr Lewis is an incredible physician. Takes the time to get to know you and understand your challenges and concerns. I could not be happier with him as my primary care provider.
I would give Dr. Ferguison 0 stars if I could. She has been our pediatrician for 7 years and she is the most unfriendly, condescending, dismissive doctor I’ve ever been to. Our last visit was the final straw and we are happily seeing another provider in the valley now. Make sure you don’t bring up any questions or concerns about your child’s health at your “well child visit”, or she will will also charge you for a “problem visit”. She was our doctor for seven years for both of our kids, she knows them and their health history. When we reached out to her for a recent worry about one of our kids, she freaked out and acted totally unprofessionally. We do not need a doctor that freaks out, we need a professional.
She's been with us for 7 years
Dr. Lewis has been my doctor for 10+ years. He took me seriously when I was complaining about severe stomach pain. Came to find out I needed my gallbladder removed. He continuously has found the root cause of my illnesses and/or would send me to a specialist to get them looked at. Great doctor and highly recommend him. He's very much to the point and is trying to help you the best he can and if he can't he will find you someone who can. highly recommend.
We saw her just a couple times for well child check up it is supposed to be covered under our insurance. However, after our visit I received a bill for $164 for an office visit. Apparently for actually talking to the Dr. you will be billed as a separate office visit. A standard question during the well child check up is how is the child doing, any areas of concerns, anything new since their last visit?
