The doctor provided a great experience for me. His diagnosis, prognosis and recommendations seemed to be sound and in the proper direction. However the front desk staff was dismissive and did not forward my prescription to the pharmacy as they said they wood. I wound up at the pharmacy and there was no prescription there for me. I had to call the office back and was sent to voicemail then feeling even more dismissed.
