Excellent service from front desk to dc. Dr. James is superb. Need a bigger waiting room, particularly during winter virus season. AND, need to put out face masks in waiting areas for patients who choose to protect or are immunocompromised.
Dr. James, and all of the staff, are extremely personable, professional and timely. He takes the time to explain the issues being faced and listen to concerns. Similarly, the staff takes their time to assist as needed.
