As a first time home buyer, I was pretty clueless as to the process and just how much went into the behind the scenes of buying a house. Nicholas was kind and informative from the start, from when we were first looking at potential options to sitting me down to explain the process. I can't say enough about my experience with Nicholas. He is an incredibly hard worker and all around a genuine human being. I have had doubts in purchasing a home for my first time as it can be a really long process, but Nick has helped me stay optimistic and excited about this throughout the entire process! He took the time to help me and has advocated for me to get a negotiation that fit my budget. Very pleased
