Even though I waited almost 3 hrs it was worth it. They were kind and thorough with everything. My questions were answered. I was provided with information and reassurance when I decided on going through with my knee surgery. I felt comfortable with my decision.
The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star is because wait time was a little to long to see the doctor but every else was very good.
I’m very pleased with the outcome of my total knee replacement. I find Dr Gerkin to be kind and to listen to my concerns. I’m getting ready for surgery on my other leg. I feel comfortable with his care. My only complaint is that when you go to the office it can be a long wait and you don’t always see him at follow up. His PA is great though so I’m happy and walking around much better. I do recommend Dr Gerkin.
