The staff in the back was good but the staff that mans the waiting room were trash to put it simple. I had to hobble from the entrance to the counter. I was seen hobbling and no one helped. Once I reached the counter I was to to go to the other end of the counter that was 20 ft away, a small distance if my leg was not in very bad pain. Also no one did not offer to push me in a wheel chair to the next. Next, I make it to the next counter and obtain the tablet to check in and take a seat.
