Dr. Fusella is a really nice guy and has always done a comprehensive, thorough job with my healthcare. I feel very comfortable with him as my provider.
He is kind, professional and listens and the staff are very responsive to requests thru the portal. Given their workload, this has impressed me the most. Dr. Tonneau left a big shadow but I think things are in good hands with Dr. Fusella and his team; his rapport with patients will only get stronger as time goes on, just like with Tonneau.
This was the worst medical office I have ever experienced. The staff was combative and rude and displayed zero professionalism. I called the office (was lost on my way there for my first visit) but they insisted I reschedule after waiting weeks to schedule the appointment. Waste of my time and energy.. Now I can't even get a callback, although Dr. Fusella assured me I would be accommodated.
The worst primary care practice. Dr Fusella took over the practice from my previous doctor, Dr Benoit Tonneau, when he retired. I’ve had nothing but problems with Dr Fusella and his staff. At my first visit, his incompetent nurse struggled with everything, including my blood draw, leaving me with a painful welt on my arm. For my most recent visit, I was originally scheduled for a couple of weeks ago; and it was rescheduled by his office a few days before.
