i went to make a payment, there were at least 10 women there. i stood there for 5 minutes before anyone noticed me, then a lady asked me what i wanted, and i told her i was here to make a payment - then another lady from a desk 15 feet away spoke really loud across the room asking about personal specifics about a late fee while other customers were in the office at that same time. personal information shared with complete strangers in the same room, isnt exactly being discrete with personal information. i was totally embarra... read more
