Unfortunately Dr. Fiacco missed my thyroid problem that had gotten bad enough to start causing issues in my liver. I made the mistake of seeing that he dealt with thyroid problems and assumed he could assist me. He said he would send me for blood tests and refer me but never did. Took longer to get help, luckily I found a doctor able to draw blood as promised and figure out what was going on in a short amount of time.
