The appointment was unprofessional and unacceptable. During the visit, I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, and addressed in a condescending manner. My concerns were not acknowledged or explored, and I was not treated with basic respect or dignity. The lack of decent communication and collaborative engagement led me to end the appointment early. Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and included in decisions regarding their healthcare. This foundational standard was not met during this encounter.
Terrible experience. He will dominate the conversation of the appointment, you will have to repeat yourself. Exploitive coding/billing as well where 1 appointment gets billed as 2 or 3, and may just be 2x after that for no reason (didn't even match what they sent my insurance). My insurance literally had to 3 way call them and make them fix the bill on call and then I paid it immediately. They still mail me for hundreds of dollars I don't owe them, after I paid 300 out of pocket and my insurance paid 800 and we factually set... read more
This very well may be the Doctor I’ve been searching for my whole life. He’s attentive and very thorough. He listened to my concerns, gave me advice and suggestions. I felt he prescribed appropriately. I’m very happy and will be making him my primary physician.
