My first visit seemed pleasant and successful however my medication failed to heal my problem. The same issue came back as soon as I stopped the medication. I started calling the office at 8:30 am the following day. After 7 calls I still never received a callback from the doctor. My illness could have turned septic so I was forced to use a walk-in center for my care. I remain very dissatisfied with the care I didn't receive and the continued avoidance for my care. To date no one has contacted me. Marsha
