I have never rated a doctor before. I've worked with other people in the practice and they were great. Particularly the evaluator. I have never been to a doctor where I felt so cold and borderline anger. He introduced his name to me. When later I asked if I could enter into his office, he said I could if I brought the the form I needed to fill out. He was sitting behind his desk working on his computer. My experience was so shocking it was almost surreal. Due to a snow storm I was late to what would have been my first appointment. Upon arriving Dr. Hsin told me that because I was more than 15 minutes late I would not be accepted as a new patient. I attempted to explain I was late due to the snow and wished to reschedule, but was ignored and he left the lobby. I wasn't going to say anything, but I saw the one review here and I felt like I had to provide an alternate perspective. When I first saw Dr. Hsin, I felt the same way the original poster did, like he was just pigeonholing everything into a pet theory. But I was desperate and I had already failed on a few treatments with a different doctor, so I decided to give it a try. And WOW did I ever misjudge this man. This treatment has done wonders for me and I am so grateful to him for giving me my life back.
Dr. Hsin is dismissive, rude and arrogant. For $180 you can spend all of 20 minutes being shushed, told you're "not very unique" and prescribed medication for a condition that has no relation to your stated issue. To round it off nicely, his office is a pigsty.
