Have been seeing Dr. Dubois for eight years. Listens, explains, easy to talk to. Relaxed and amusing.
Dr Dubois has been my doctor from the beginning, he’s a great doctor and a wonderful person. Thru good or bad he has always been there for me, God knows more bad than good. He’s very compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive and a consummate professional. I’m glad and happy that I have him in my corner.
Wonderful. At 84 years old I have been to many cardiologist and Dr. DuBois is the best one I have encountered. He listened, made suggestions and has a wonderful bed-side manner. I live out of the country most of the year but would fly back to NY just to see him.
I find Dr DuBois concern and level of commitment towards his patients is rare at this time and place and with his support staff I find second to none.
Dr. DuBois is 100% trustworthy, competent, and knowledgeable. Any irregularities in office staff matters such as scheduling, etc. are only due to the Pandemic crisis, and it would not be fair to criticize them solely on this basis.
I haven't ever met a doctor so attentive to a patient's complaints and situation. Dr. DuBois answered all my questions related to my heart conditions and immediately took steps to salve the prescribed medications problems. Never did rush me in questioning and answering, took an extra time to get my health record from other doctors, and then at once (after visit) called me home to give final instructions. I am very grateful to him. Highly recommended him as a doctor and a human!
His staff were excellent. He talked down to me and would not answer any questions. I went to a specialist to learn how to fix my problem and it was a waste of time and money. All I asked for was a simple Ldl question. Very angry at the bad treatment.
I’d never recommend Dr. DuBois or this office. They are very nice but totally unorganized & have little follow through. They asked me to come 1 hour earlier for an echo and stress test. I rearranged my plans to get there then they left me in the stress test room teathered to the machine for 35mins until I called the front desk. The Dr that did the test was completely unaware of why I was there The test was normal but Dr DuBois wasn’t called to resolve why I have chest pains That was 1 week ago.
Dr. DuBois is thorough and listens carefully to his patients. Had he not listened to me I might well not be here to write this. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a cardiologist.
