I don't know how there can be positive reviews for such a horrible place. I called five separate times to have my dog ​​examined, and every single time, they washed their hands of the matter by sending her to an emergency clinic. They are supposed to examine the dog first and then decide whether it’s an emergency or not, but they refused to even see her. Brought in my bonded pair of male guinea pigs for their first visit. The front staff were so professional, the doctor and the assistant were just so amazing. The doctor made it a point to say how much she loved guinea's and it really showed in how well she cared for and handled them both. The entire visit could have been really stressful for them and myself as a new parent, but instead it was actually enjoyable. They clipped their nails and showed me how. Today we brought our pop for a wellness visit. Booked appointment for 1100 am and received email confirmation stating the same. We were contacted and told we were late for our 1045 appointment and were treated disrespectfully. Once brought it the tech and Doc were good but the cost was much higher than expected..informed labs would have to be sent out and informed he needed a prescription we could pick up before closing.
