This SHOULD be a 5 star -- everybody at Dr. Crossman's office are terrific, except for the one receptionist who sits closest to the window. What a snotty attitude! She needs to try a different line of work.
Dr Crossman was very professional and he explained what was going on with my knee
Dr. Crossman is very friendly very knowledgeable wonderful great doctor! The total knee replacement will change and improve the quality of my life! His staff is totally wonderful, but one nurse Really needs to improve her bedside manner. I received a dirty looks from her and scoldings when I needed reassurance and a friendly face. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Crossman!
Dr. Crossman and his nurses were great and the front office girls awesome. Thank you Rochelle and Stephanie and Dr. Crossman for the fast service and great visit.
