Nicholas is a professional auto-insurance agent. It’s not that he didn’t take the call; instead he promptly responded to me by email and called me back right away. I think in a day he got many meetings scheduled, especially during this special period of time (COVID-19). He also helped explain the auto insurance and we reached a good deal. Very appreciate it.
