He is the first internist I have had in the last 10 years to actually complete an exam. He was friendly and caring. He actually listened to my history and asked questions. I haven’t had a physical in 10 years where the doctor checked my ears, throat, glands, heart, lungs and circulation. So awesome to have a doctor I feel comfortable with and so caring. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr Buchanan is great! His staff however is very inefficient. never returns calls and does not care about patients. I will have to find another doctor if it persist. so i had to fire Dr Buchanan today because of incompetence still could get a pre authorization form to my insurance co thinking about suing him!
