As another review mentioned the doctor had an emergency the other week and it was late notice, HOWEVER he is a human and I am understanding because he is the only doctor at his office and sometimes things happen. I don’t see in reviews that it’s something that happens often. I returned home and enjoyed the rest of my day off. Bree rescheduled me for another date and time that worked. Great Doctor, really took the time. Office staff was great
I was supposed to have my first appointment with Angelastro today at 11:30. I arrived at 11am to finish my new patient paperwork and was told he was not in the office today. They did not call or message me to inform me that he was out sick today, so I drove over an hour to be here just to be sent away. Very disappointing experience.
My experience with this physician was deeply disappointing. Initially, I believed he was kind and thoughtful, and the office staff were always courteous and professional. I never had any issues with them. This entire situation occurred several years ago, but it has stayed with me. Both my husband and I were patients at that time. After later reviewing the medical records, I felt shocked and betrayed by what I found. Wouldn't think of going to any other doctor. Dr. Nick takes his time to listen to your concerns and is very knowledgeable. You couldn't ask for a better front office. Bree is always available to help with anything. 5 stars.
