7 a.m. appointment. checked in at 0645, they didn't start unloading me until 0933,it's noon and I'm still waiting for my bill of lading, missed my 1100 appointment. I notice that all the Utah and Idaho trucks get in and out right away...... things that make you go hmmmmm. hopefully I will never have to come back here.
