Very bad to unload it takes at least 5 hours. I do not know why but it never changes.
3 times I've been here I've had to wait for more than 4 hours to get unloaded that is unacceptable as a driver and as a company to have people sit unproductive. 2/10/15 appointment time 730 still waiting almost 1130am time for y'all to do some restructuring and evaluation of employees and lumper service. Yes I get detention pay that don't pay the bills. Thanks I hate leaving bad reviews maybe if y'all see it management may look to do some changes. I checked in at 630 for a 7am appointment last week. I didn't get into the dock till 9 am. Didn't get my bills till almost 4pm. By the time I got my bills I was the last tuck on the lot the lumpers had already left and the night trucks were getting put into the docks. Had to also pay $285 to get stuck there for the entire day and lost my follow up load. I don't know this place other than that day but from my experience one of the worst docks I've been to in my 6 years in the industry. Everyone talks about how bad Wal-Mart is... read more
