RecommendedIt's 105 outside, but 75 inside thanks to the new system Nicholas Aire Systems installed. These guys really know their stuff. Thanks to Dot and Lonnie for the great install. If you have old equipment, talk to these guys and get it replaced.

We've been a customer of Nicholas Aire for the past 11 years. Yesterday, with the temps being 101' the A/C broke down in one of our homes. I called and Mary said I would get a c/b from Donna in reference to service. (The last service on both our homes was 12 months ago and they never sent us the annual renewal service contract.)
