My husband had his original dentist refer him here for emergency dental appt because they were out of office. They were supposed to call the day before the appt and called 3 hrs before scheduled appt. Blamed everything on our dentist when it was them. Said that the x rays would have to be redone, when they were done the day before. So we were going to have to pay for more xrays. It is really too bad, because I genuinely liked my dentist, Dr Harding. At first, the front office staff seemed warm and sincere but that changed once I started asking questions about their billing practices. I was billed for services that my insurance company denied because of the office not submitting the required paperwork and x rays. Even after multiple conversations with both the office staff and my insurance company, things on their end did not seem to be being handled correctly. WORST dental experience ever. I have been going to this practice for over 5 years (dentists seem to come and go), but the last dentist seen was Dr. Smith. I followed her treatment plan, but had an issue with a product that was not working properly - after 3 failed attempts in less than 9 mos, I requested that the item be re-ordered as it is evident the item is faulty. Dr. Smith refused, blamed me for the failure, and when questioned, I was asked to leave their office. I strongly do NOT recommend anyone be seen here - the ... read more

My son has had multiple dental procedures over the past year, and I have been very pleased with his care and the communication. Although I am only involved from the financial aspect of his dental procedures, I have had to speak with the office several times. I am particularly impressed with Tyra. She has communicated with me, over the past few months, regarding insurance coverage and timing of the different procedures. Me: a fearful patient due to a difficult dental history since childhood, with a low pain threshold, and high-quality requirement. I therefore need excellence, expertise, handholding and patience and explanations. Also: different levels of sedation, depending upon procedure. After being to the dentist once in last 20 years I was super anxious about going to the dentist. They all were very welcoming and understanding. The front desk was very attentive and helped me with my paperwork and insurance info. Brittany my hygienist was AMAZING!! She communicated very well and explained everything they were doing and answered all my crazy questions not even related to dentistry.
