Called to ask if they were in network with my insurance and make an appointment if they were. I was asked to hold so she could check. The lady who answered got back on the phone and advised me that I needed to call the number on the back of my insurance card to find out if they were in network with them. I said you don't know? She said no I would have to call and verify coverage.... Well isn't that their job anyway? I said ok thank you I will find another doctor to go to and she said OK. Therefore, I will be moving on.
