Dr. Cheney put a pin and screws in my broken ankle. I had 6 weeks of therapy after having screws removed and getting our of the walking boot. I have no pain or weakness in my ankle. Thank you Dr. Cheney for doing an excellent job on me!
I was made to wait 8+ weeks for 1st surgery. necessary to walk again. Taught me a lesson I already knew. Doctors are practicing medicine. If you are not a nerve doctor, why would you put a metal plate on top of the peripheral nerve.Guess what that feels like.... Causing more damage Thank you after 3 surgeries and permanent damage. Guess that's just life with all the drama. . I'm reminded every time I walk sit or stand. Good job!
One of the best surgeons I have had. He really takes the time to listen and explain things. I also appreciate him doing other tests before surgery( which non of my previous surgeons had done) to make sure he had the whole picture.
Dr. Chaney provided a very thorough explanation of my injury., treatment options and potential complications. He even did a sketch of my ankle to help illustrate the fracture. He answered all my questions patiently and directed me to his website which has detailed information about my diagnosis, surgical treatment, post-operative recovery and much more.
