Mom loves Dr Campitelli,but his staff has dropped the ball on getting my Mom her special shoes it been more than a year& all we keep getting from his staff is excuse after excuse.
Dr. Campentelli did surgery on one of my big toes a few years back. He was great from beginning to end. My problem was solved. I had such a great experience with him, his staff, and their attentiveness and efficiency that I consulted him once again, for a toenail fungus I had bed battling for over eight years. He fully explained that I had to be very diligent in applying a topical nail treatment EVERY DAY for a full year in order to combat this disgusting issue. My aunt has had a terrible experience with this doctor. He is so extremely unhelpful and difficult to work with. Makes me really sad that patients have to put up with this type of care.
My son was treated for an ingrown toenail. He had a severe reaction to the medication prescribed and was rushed to the ER. Fortunately, he was OK, but then ended up with a $4,000 medical bill including transportation. The ingrown toenail has since returned so the entire situation was a complete waste. I spoke to the office to discuss it and they brushed me off and never returned my calls. After months, finally spoke to someone higher up who promised a small compensation. Again, never heard back. Terrible service, avoid.
Extremely disappointed in my experience with this pediatrist. Looked at my foot for 2 minutes & completely dismissed my chronic foot related issue. Offered me very little to no advice or support in helping with my problem. I was told “it was in my head” didn’t help me at all, beyond sick & tired of being dismissed by doctors who have such a lack of understanding or true care for their patients.
