Nichole was awesome! She knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to get us to get it done. Nichole knew the price we needed to be at to get a quick sale. We listed on Thursday, had a showing on Monday and a showing on Tuesday, on Wednesday we had 2 great offers and accepted one of them for $10,000.00 more than asking price that day.
