Cassandra ( the property manager) was infinitely patient throughout the paperwork process. But that is where it stopped. As most slum lords do, it quickly become the neglectfull absence adorned by her many vacations as the fourth floor bed bug infestation exploded. The building door locks barley function and the response to this is to post signs telling all the tenans to be more diligent about fidgeting with them rather than fix them. Cassandra ( the property manager) was infinitely patient throughout my moving in process. There wereany people involved in me being housed and several different agencies. She had to jump allot of hoops to get things ironed out and she did. Every last one of them. Gracefully.
I had the best experience with the Amadore - from the initial tour, lease signing, quick maintenance, and move out. Cassandra was great to work with. I had the newly renovated studio apartment. The appliances are brand new! The fresh carpet was a big bonus. I was especially happy with how clean the public area of the apartment was kept. The entrance lobby was always spotless and had a fresh clean smell. The laundry works great downstairs too. All my neighbors were friendly and always said hi. Really good apartments!! Has garage, friendly neighbors! Front stays locked! & The proper manager is a really sweet lady, they will work with you. As well as the mainatance man. I stayed here.
