Not only the staff are very professionals, but they very friendly. Excellent job and good service.
Dr. Holtery and Nonaleen were absolutely amazing. We had to do a root canal and a crown and I was so nervous beforehand. Nonaleen informed me of everything that would happen and assured me if I felt any pain they would stop and administer more numbing stuff. Holtery came in and was kind and personable and made me feel very comfortable. He did just as Nonaleen said and I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Everyone at Niceville Smiles is focused on providing an excellent patient experience. Office staff make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in, take great care of you. The clinical staff are caring and make sure you are comfortable during any procedures, and the Doctors not only provide their expertise to make sure you receive great care but also take time with you to make sure you understand all aspects of your treatment plan and know what to expect. Highly Recommended!!!
